How much does a brand film or commercial cost?

It depends on shoot days, crew, cast, locations and deliverables. Tell us your goal and budget range in the form below and we send a fixed, itemised quote within 2 working days. If your budget is tight, we tell you what is possible with it.

Do you offer monthly social media video packages?

Yes. Our social content packs give you a set number of shoot days, reels and stills every month for a fixed monthly fee, on a minimum 6-month retainer. Six months is what it takes to build a consistent look and see real results. You can upgrade your pack at any time.

How long does a video production take?

A typical brand film takes 3 to 6 weeks from brief to final delivery. Social content and event coverage can be turned around in days, and same-day edits are possible at events.

Where do you shoot?

We are based in Portugal and shoot across the country, including Porto, Lisbon and Aveiro, and travel abroad for international productions.

Do you handle the script and the idea?

Yes. We can develop the concept and script from scratch, or produce a creative your agency already has. Either way, story comes first.

What do I receive at the end?

The master film plus cutdowns for every platform you need (16:9, 9:16, 4:5, 1:1), subtitles in your languages and a selection of stills when agreed in the quote.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Sotee Productions ("Sotee") is responsible for the personal data you share through this website. For any privacy matter, write to geral@soteeproductions.com.

2. What data we collect

Quote requests: name, email, company, the services, budget and timeline you choose, and what you tell us about your project.
Direct contact: what you share when you email or call us.
Technical data: IP address and browser data processed by our hosting provider for security, and by the content delivery networks that serve our animation code (cdnjs by Cloudflare, and jsDelivr).
Analytics and marketing data: only if you accept those cookies.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

4. How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become a project: up to 24 months after our last contact. Client data: for the length of the contract and then for the period required by Portuguese tax and accounting law. Consent-based data: until you withdraw consent.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email and, if you consent, analytics. They act on our instructions under data processing agreements (GDPR art. 28). If a provider is outside the European Economic Area, we only transfer data with adequate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to geral@soteeproductions.com and we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encrypted connections.

Third-party content

Our animation code loads from cdnjs (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr, which receive your IP address to deliver the files. They set no cookies. Links to YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn open those sites, which have their own cookie policies.
